We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

  • Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage. We advise using a tracked service

 

Please note earrings can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Conditions of return

Items must be returned in new unworn condition, complete with all original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
