How do I leave my personalisation?
* How to leave your personalisation for silver mix items- please type in the “add personalisation” section.

I would like to add an extra letter, birthstone, number or heart?
* We will happily add any extra charms to make your order extra special but we are not able to dispatch your order until all add on charms have been paid.

When will I get my order?
* 1-3 day dispatch time to make orders. We do not offer rush shipping- all are customers are valued and it would not be fair to prioritise orders.
* Shopify provides estimated delivery times- this unfortunately does not take into consideration delays within the postal system. Royal Mail will not consider your parcel lost until 11 working days after it has been posted- working days do not include weekends or strike days.

Can I change my address/ my address is wrong?
* Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address as the postage labels are automated, If your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order for you to re-order with the correct address. If your order has been dispatched we unfortunately cannot be responsible. Please contact us as your order may be returned to us.
